We show the typical range below. The final number is fixed in a proposal after a discovery call — because what moves the price is what you actually want to build, not an arbitrary tariff. Ranges are honest; instant prices are marketing.

No hidden extras.

The price includes technical SEO, schema.org, performance optimisation, multilingual hreflang where applicable, dynamic sitemap, robots config. We never sell 'SEO' separately from the site — that's a commercial practice we refuse on principle.

You own everything from day one.

Domain, code in your own GitHub, content in your CMS, hosting credentials in your account. If you want to switch agencies or bring work in-house at any moment, you walk away with everything. Written into every proposal.

GBP management is one of the few services where a real monthly retainer makes sense — the work is genuinely weekly. We charge a one-time setup fee (because the audit + initial fixes are real work) and then a flat monthly that covers the active management.

A 5-page institutional site has one cost. The same with a blog engine, 50 portfolio entries and a members area has another. We don't price by page — we price by real work.

Stripe, complex forms, mailing lists, booking systems, external APIs (ERP, CRM, in-house systems). Each integration has a real cost in hours — we add it honestly, without padding.

Multilingual or multi-market
Building the same site in PT-PT + EN + PT-BR multiplies the work on content, hreflang, alternate routes. Either done well or not done.

Timeline urgency
If you need it launched in 2 weeks instead of 5, the price moves up — not as a penalty, but because we reshuffle other work and that has opportunity cost.

Maintenance & ongoing partnership
Launch and goodbye, or a monthly retainer with small updates, fixes and quarterly new features. Different proposals — we figure out which fits during discovery.

Why don't you publish exact prices?

Because we work by scope. A small institutional site costs €1,800. The same site with blog, 30 portfolio entries, members area and ERP integration costs €15,000. Publishing 'from €1,800' sets false expectations for the second case; 'from €15,000' scares off the first. A range is the honest way to communicate this. The exact number arrives in a 1-page proposal within 48-72h of the discovery call.

Any discounts for repeat clients or referrals?

For repeat clients, yes — typically 10-15% on the second project and beyond. For successful referrals that turn into clients, we offer a free month of maintenance to the referrer.

Do you accept instalments?

Yes. The standard is 30% at signing, 40% on design approval, 30% at launch. For projects above €8,000 we're flexible with additional scheduling.

What if scope changes mid-project?

We renegotiate openly. Small changes we absorb. Larger ones go through a change-order with the extra work and associated cost. We never invoice by surprise.

Is there a maintenance cost after launch?

Optional. Monthly retainer from €120/month (content updates, small changes, performance monitoring) or hourly at €60/h with a 30-minute minimum. No time commitment — leave whenever.

How long does it take?

Essential: 2-3 weeks. Signature: 4-6 weeks. Tailored: depends on scope, typically 8-16 weeks. The timeline is discussed in the discovery call — we don't promise what we can't deliver.
